Days off are nice. That is it.
They abuse the salary pay by expecting you to be not a human being for the hours you work. They also expect people to work 16-hour days. People have no accountability and love to just chuck you out if they might be in trouble due to the work's excess and strange expectations.
Leads, managers, and upper managers are delusional and expect blood from a stone, for the sea to part.
Supervisors and managers do support you against other teams and departments. However, within the teams, groups, and departments, all supervisors, managers, and upper management are truly unprofessional and love to raise their voices, be hot-headed, and resort to name-calling. The belittling is disgusting.
They accuse people of not working when we are working 10-14 hour days and it's not enough.
If I could give 0 stars for work-life balance or a negative score, I would.
Restructure and listen. Don't understaff your teams and expect work that should be done by 20 to be done by 4. Have more professionalism; it's the least you can do.

I had one asynchronous technical screening first, then three consecutive in-person interviews. The first was a behavioral and technical interview, the second was a case interview, and the third was an HR interview.
