Stimulating environment, remote work, varied projects.
Exhausting working hours, confusion, and excessive 'learning by doing' training.
It was a fairly informal interview. First, he/she asked me about myself and my past experiences, both in work and study. Subsequently, I had a technical interview, during which I was asked several questions of various kinds.
Moderate and non-cooperative, but it goes smoothly. It's a little hard and asks about coding to do in front of them. Good company and interview goes well, but I didn't get through. The company does not know why.
There were two of them and they didn't seem very friendly. The questions were a bit difficult and I didn't feel very comfortable. At one point they offered me another job position, but nothing came of it anyway.
