Pros: - Amazing people work here. - WFH first. - Great salary and benefits. - Great diversity and inclusion culture; people are really people more than workers.

Cons: - Very high expectations - Fast-paced and easy to get the chop

Pros: Compensation is on par with similar tech companies.

Cons: Slow forward progress with outdated technology and processes makes it hard to stay positive. It feels like a career dead end unless you have been with the company for a long time. I mostly agree with the reviews describing bullying and hostility in leadership.

Pros: Great technology team, handling 100M+ active users with less than 100 engineers! Every engineer has a considerable impact. Business is doing extremely well! Very transparent management. We have access to all the financial/growth data, and the exec team reviews it periodically with the entire company. The CEO answers employee questions/concerns at our weekly all-hands. Remote friendly! I onboarded remotely very smoothly. Awesome WFH perks (desk fund, wellness fund, headphone reimbursement, etc.). Great collaboration culture and very helpful teammates. Ability to cash out equity regularly, even though the company isn't public.

Cons: - No 401k match - Workforce not very diverse
