Before their recent layoffs, a recruiter from Discord reached out to me about a role, so I scheduled the first interview.

No one contacted me after the layoffs about the scheduled interview prior to it. When the time for the interview came, no one called me.

I can only assume the recruiter was probably laid off. I'm grateful to not have sunk too much time into interviewing with Discord since the layoffs, and the lack of communication definitely validates the negative opinions on Glassdoor.
