Good interview process; recruiters were nice, and the phone screen engineer was friendly.
The interview felt easy and fairly collaborative. I built the MVP and discussed further questions without significant difficulty, but they provided absolutely no feedback or courtesy regarding my denial.
It felt like a waste of time, even though everything seemed successful and correct.
It appears that even if you are a good candidate and perform well, there is no clear rubric, and the decision-making is arbitrary.
