Process
I applied over the holidays for an engineering position and received an immediate reply from a recruiter during the first work week of the year.
I had a tech screen with one of their senior engineers. Since I didn't have much experience with what they tasked me with, I felt slight frustration, but I came out of the interview having learned something at least.
Everyone was really kind, and I enjoyed my conversations with them. However, I felt that the nature of their interview questions didn't really allow me to put my best foot forward.
