Friendly and collaborative culture. Coworkers are genuinely great people. No toxicity!
Very nice WLB.
Leadership cares about maintaining the unique personality of the company while being inclusive as it grows.
Most inviting of employee feedback (read: tolerant) that I've seen at a medium-large company.
Typical hiring process: coding screen and onsite interview. The onsite interview included: * Principles discussion (behavioral) * Project retrospective * ML system design * Coding challenge The process took longer than some, but I was treated well
Recruiter Call This call involved usual behavioral questions, with the exception of a "tell me about a time when you were building something and had to make tradeoffs" question that caught me off guard. Apparently, my answer to this was satisfactory
Overall, not enough context was given during the interview to be successful. Their interview process, the last time I interviewed, was terrible, as it was an unfair take-home test. This goes to show their interview process is still super unpolished.
