You don't really have to do any work when you show up to the office.
Nobody seems to know what they're doing. Any talk of maintaining even basic features is shoved aside for focusing on whatever addition everyone considers most "trendy". Many staff members are very obviously not qualified for the position they have been hired for and lack even basic knowledge of the field (stuff that's covered in an introductory undergrad course...). Most of the staff spends all day playing video games instead of working anyway, though, so I guess it's good they're containing themselves somewhere they can't do damage.
A large staff turnover and change in management are needed to keep this company afloat.
It is unlikely any further innovations will emerge from this company.
