The projects are fun and collaborative, and co-workers are friendly. Every day brings a new challenge, most of them engaging.
Great benefits and flexible work hours.
Management is terrible and silences every worker unless they listen to every word management says and does not speak out about issues. Opinions are often glossed over or even recorded as misuse of speech.
Listen to the employees' needs and opinions, damn it.
