Amazing product that we get to use every day. We get so much love and feedback from users; it's easy to see the impact your work has. Huge user base and platform managed by a small and nimble company. Lots of focus on autonomy and a high bar for hiring. I get to work with some of the best engineers I've ever met. The company culture is great. Hack week is super fun. And the office is the best, RIP. Can't wait until we're able to go back to work there.

Things move quickly and there is often a lot of ambiguity, and that can be tough for some people.

As we've grown, it has become harder to feel like a small and mighty company, and hard to know what others are working on.

This has become much more difficult with COVID and all of us working from home, though I do think we've adapted really well to the switch.

Resist the urge to become more top-down as we grow.

Focus on hiring great people and giving them responsibility to make decisions.
