One technical round and an onsite with 4 rounds. These were absolutely useless; the focus wasn’t on knowing the candidates or their expertise. Instead, you’re interrupted every sentence, experience rude behavior, and face unprepared interviewers. Out of 5 rounds, I had 2 rounds that were decent and the interviewers knew what they were looking for. Others were just absolutely unprofessional. Skip it! I felt like they (Discover) were trying to be someone (MAANG) they aren’t. It clearly reflected how irrelevant and rude the interviewers were. It just showed me how bad the culture could be.
