Pros: The office complex looks amazing, and Discover is a popular brand name, which is always good to have on your resume.

Cons: The office space is divided in a terrible way. You have to either share a small room with at least 6-7 people, or be in some wide open space with a few other teams. Both ways, people can't focus and be productive enough. Also, the pay is under the market rate. Not surprised they can't attract permanent employees, and 90% of their IT department is of Indian contractors.

Pros: Learned new technologies and met really cool people.

Cons: The location was in the suburbs and not too close to the city.

Pros: Great culture and benefits. Generous time off. Work-life balance.

Cons: Not much that I can think of.
