I have to agree with the former reviewers that this interview process is manipulative and a waste of everyone's time!

Why are all the interviewers managers for this position? They've ruined their reputation as a place to work.

Five rounds total.

• First round is a screen with elementary basic coding and system design.
• Next 4 rounds were scheduled as separate meetings across two days.
• Second round is with a Sr Mgr about general experience.
• Third is slightly more elaborate coding and system.
• Fourth round with another Sr Mgr about experience.
• Fifth, just a general behavioral round.

Third round was rather disorganized and requirements were not communicated clearly. The interviewer appeared to be picking technical questions at random, without an apparent flow. I don't think the interviewer himself quite understood his own system requirements. He started to give requirements that initially did not appear in the written description. Then he asked me what numbers I wanted to choose for the requirements. He asked me to write some Spring Framework basic code for a REST controller. Afterward, he insulted me by saying, "Just want to make sure you don't come here and start wondering what the code does."

I got the impression that he doesn't read resumes. The 5th interviewer went silent, apparently didn't like my answer. It seems that they are biased towards their ethnic culture.

On the positive side, the recruiter was very friendly. Two days in a row, the recruiter said he would give the decision. Finally, I received a decision at the end of the day by phone.

Overall, I will not apply here again.

There's a call center that receives 1 call/minute, from 8 AM to 5 PM. There are 1000 agents. How much memory is used in a day?

He made the assumption that multiple calls arrive simultaneously every minute, but still gave me this requirement. I had to clarify this requirement after he gave me a questioning look why my answer did not satisfy him.
