The recruiter is the weakest link. They are unorganized and have zero motivation to move you forward in a timely manner. I've never dealt with a recruiter so disorganized and uncommunicative.

Once I got an initial interview, I nailed it. The interview mentioned to look out for the next round. That was a while back. Nothing.

The recruiter just doesn't care. I think they play favorites. I'm more than qualified for the role, but I don't have deep connections like perhaps some people have with this or these recruiters here.
