Developers take time to do things with less pressure. Well plan ahead.
The process is not efficient and leads to less software development work. Software developers waste too much time and energy doing admin work and following up on small things from external dependencies, like the infrastructure team.
Either have dedicated people with a job role to follow up the process with external dependencies, or scrap the process of ServiceNow tickets and empower developers with more access permissions to get things done.
