Work/life balance is phenomenal. Most teams I work with are fully remote.
Great 401k match (effectively 8% -> 5% match + 3% fixed contributions from Discover).
The company's direction/vision is pretty solid.
Colleagues and I are proud of our work and the products we are putting out to customers.
At least in my area, we are working with pretty cool technology.
As of late, I've had a lot put on my plate that needs to be triaged, leaving some initiatives lingering. A tad too many meetings, but the company has seen that we try to reduce them, and we've been given no-meeting days. This is an issue in many companies, I assume, though, especially during the pandemic/teleconference era.
