Great work culture, one of the best 401(k)s in the industry, great work-life balance, and nice people.
Old tech stacks (they even have mainframes still running). The headquarters is situated in Riverwoods, which consists of woods and ponds. Many people may not find it as vivacious when you compare it to places like San Francisco, San Jose, San Diego, Seattle, Austin, Boston, etc.
There are a lot of older people around who do not understand the importance of shifting to newer technologies.
Have more youngsters who can bring in new thought processes into the company. Don't rely too much on old people.
