Senior management is positive and has a clear plan/strategy.
Good benefits package: Healthcare, pension, holiday, etc.
Not particularly competitive pay.
Workers can be very siloed in their work approach and will churn tickets where possible, which can be frustrating. This is something that is slowly changing, but still a negative.
