It is mandatory to go to the office 2 days a week. Trains are not an easy commute; trains have a lot of delays.
From Farnborough Main, you need to wait for a shuttle. Sometimes it is full, and you need to wait for the next one.
So, for example, if you check the time in Google Maps, it might say 45 minutes, but the truth is that the time is 2 hours. So, you spend 4 hours only commuting, when it should be 1.5 hours.
