They pay well for IT, and bonuses and benefits are great.
The company is running fast to the left. Very progressive SJW messaging is coming from all levels of the executive team. I love working with a diverse group, but I am getting tired of being told I am the problem as a white male.
Stop the political messaging in the workplace and focus on serving customers in the financial services.
