They recently made a mandatory decision to force Chicago and Houston employees within a large area back into the office 3 days per week. This decision was encouraged by the CIO, who hypocritically informed the company he would no longer be able to work for the company in the future due to his own circumstances preventing him from working on-site.
Their shortsightedness on this decision will lead to the loss of talent who have been helping their company thrive during the pandemic. They should seriously consider reversing this decision for the long-term success of the company and allowing the option to full-remote for employees.
