Process

The interview loop consists of multiple rounds: recruiter screening, technical screening, an executive manager technical discussion, and then an all-day session with 5-6 back-to-back interviews with the entire team. The recruiter made this process very smooth. However, the time it took from the first conversation to the final offer was about 4 months, so keep that in mind. They made sure that you understood the steps to develop a system and what it means to develop with safety in mind.

Questions
