Pros: The company is big, too big, so it can be easy to do little to no work and continue to get paid.
Cons: Executive management is so far removed and out of touch from the day-to-day work that their asks border on ridiculous.
Salaries are far below area standards.
Nothing gets done with HR.
No room to grow unless you leave the company and return.
