Pros: Solid compensation. Workload is reasonable, depending on the team. Lots of room to grow. 90% of coworkers are friendly, smart, and want to help you succeed. Cool projects and technology, lots of interesting new domain space to branch into on almost every team.
Cons: Not very much shared culture. Big gaps in company process. Most practices from Disney proper are pretty overbearing, but at least avoidable most of the time.
