I applied online by the deadline and about a week later, I received an email to schedule a phone interview.
I called the 1-800 number to schedule my interview for the next day. I interviewed on the phone with an HR representative who didn't know anything about the deadlines or the position.
She asked me basic questions, such as:

- Examples of projects I'd done.
- What computer programs I was familiar with that could contribute.
She told me I would hear back in two weeks, and I never heard from them again.
