Applied for the position online. Received an email inviting me for a phone interview, which showed the recruiter's availability.
The phone interview with the recruiter was fairly short and to the point. They had set questions that were easy to answer (no tricks).
They may schedule another phone interview for a different round of questions if they need to know more. Still waiting for results.
