Cons: Disney expects top quality, as they should. This is not a downside, because our Guests deserve a great experience. But it requires hard work and dedication.

Pros: It's Disney and essentially has everything available to you that Disney has to offer, with experience in technology, entertainment, research, data, and the hospitality industries. If you are a fan of the Disney brand and are located in California or Florida, it's all you can take in with exposure to everything they have to offer if you find the right people and projects. Getting to be part of a few special projects makes for lots of cool stories.

Cons: Little to no career planning was available, and any bonuses were for Directors and above. It seemed the attitude was that you should feel privileged to work there and be satisfied with your place in the world. Everything was fiefdom-driven and revolved around personalities and who had the most control. Information about projects was hard to come by, which made strategy development hard.

Pros: Positive work culture and best place to work.

Cons: Nothing negative, as all is the best.
