Firmware Technical Lead Interview Experience - Glendale, California

August 1, 2023
Negative ExperienceNo Offer

Process

The interview process consisted of three rounds:

  • A 30-minute Q&A with the recruiter to gather your strengths and see if you’re interested.
  • Another 30-minute Q&A to assess your knowledge of basic control theory or process automation.
  • A 1-hour interview with a panel of Mechanical, Electrical, and other engineering disciplines.

I thought all interviews went well. I even had a little demo to present my work.

However, I never heard back from the team after six business weeks of waiting and multiple follow-up emails. This was very unprofessional.
