Process

The process began with an initial screening interview via phone with a recruiter, followed by scheduling a face-to-face interview with the hiring manager.

I was initially supposed to be interviewed by my direct report, but upon arrival, I was informed she was on leave. Instead, a peer interviewed me. It was a fairly standard interview, including questions about my background and experience, as well as some situational questions.

After the on-site interview, I never heard back. I received neither a rejection nor an offer. I also did not receive any feedback from the Disney recruiter, which was somewhat surprising and disappointing.

Consequently, I gave the overall experience a negative score.
