Process
I applied in November and was invited mid-January to an assessment day in mid-February via email.
The day was a good mix of professional and casual. You could tell they were serious about the process and the job, but everyone was very friendly and helpful.
We completed a group project that was actually very relevant to the job and enjoyable.
The only downside was having to wait around to be individually called for interviews. However, they did play a movie in the meantime, which was nice.
Even though I didn’t receive an offer, it was still a fun day and a great experience.
