I recently completed five rounds of interviews that lasted a total of five hours.
The process included an HR round, a technical screening, and a final interview with questions on system design, behavior, and coding.
Unfortunately, the company did not follow up with me after the interview, which I found unprofessional.

Cons: RTO 4 days/week for new hires, but not for everybody. Office culture & perks are weak. Pay is okay but low compared to companies of similar sizes. Does not operate as a tech company.
