An agency recruiter contacted me and set up an initial conversation with the hiring manager.
Subsequently, I had a technical phone screen with a developer.
I was then called in for an onsite technical interview consisting of 3-4 rounds, including the lead developer and the hiring manager (who was also technical).
After that, I was called back to meet with another manager.
The interview atmosphere was mostly friendly and cooperative, rather than adversarial or trying to show you how dumb you are.
The interviewer questions seemed well thought out, indicating good preparation.
I don't recall any especially difficult or unexpected questions, but was asked typical questions about reversing strings, sorting structures, etc. I also got asked about data caching concepts, and probably basic SQL (don't recall).
