Pros: Job security & many teams within the Disney umbrella.
Cons: RTO 4 days/week for new hires, but not for everybody. Office culture & perks are weak. Pay is okay but low compared to companies of similar sizes. Does not operate as a tech company.

Cons: Many meetings, some of which are recurring and scheduled for 8:00 AM. This is less than ideal if you're a night owl and located on the West Coast.
