Process
The interview process involved HR screening, followed by a Hiring Manager (HM) call, behavioral assessment, and a System Design round. The System Design round was very limited in time. I was told I did not demonstrate technical details within 15 minutes. This is absurd, as you only gave me 15 minutes for a complex System Design problem. All I could do was provide a high-level overview. Honestly, I feel the interviewer was very junior in terms of technical capability.
