The interview process began with a recruiter call, primarily focusing on their requirements and my expectations. She also briefly explained the interview process.

Next, I had a one-hour coding session on HackerRank, which involved a simple word count problem and some other improvements.

Following that, they scheduled three interviews for pair programming, system design, and behavioral.

The lead developer was good. He put effort into creating a project and also prepared a few stories to work on. I refactored the project and then solved those stories. The system design and behavioral interviews were as usual. I felt I performed well in all these interviews.

The following week, the recruiter called, stating that everything looked good and the team was happy. She then asked me to join the team's manager for a half-hour call.

He spoke about his team for half of the time and asked me a couple of behavioral questions. After that, I didn't receive a response back.

Unfortunately, they couldn't send an email to inform me of their decision after all the effort I invested in going through several rounds of interviews.

Other reviewers are correct. Not informing candidates of the outcome is unprofessional. The only reason I was interested in applying here was because of their tech stack.
