A recruiter reached out days later, and we chatted over the phone.

I then had a 1-hour technical screen with one of their engineers via CoderPad. She couldn’t understand my solution, which ran in O(1) time, so she eliminated me.

I would expect that if someone is conducting a coding interview, they should be able to read code, but I guess that isn’t the case at Disney.
