Pros: Everyone was friendly. Even as a junior I could talk openly with the VP of my department.
Cons: I was part of the 7,000 laid off in 2023. Upper management reasonings that were given were pretty lame, like most of the companies at the time.

Pros: Dynamic workplace, great client exposure, strong mentorship, good compensation, and plenty of room to upskill.
Cons: Constant pressure to meet deadlines can make work stressful at times, especially during major releases. Workload can be high, and maintaining work-life balance requires proactive effort.
