I had a phone interview where I spoke with the hiring manager and two other engineers. The conversation was fairly general regarding my background and experience, not overly technical.
Following that, I received an on-site tour to see the location and meet the people I would be working with.
About an hour after the tour, I received a job offer with an immediate start date.
