Pros: Really liked the people I was working for and with. Decent pay rate. Got to work on some interesting projects I wanted to work on for a while. Great work/life balance. No micromanagement at all.
Cons: Current company policy prevents conversion from contractor to cast member, if that's what you're interested in.
