I am a sophomore. Disney reached out from the Grace Hopper resume database.

They first started with a basic phone screening where they asked about past experience. Then, I was given another phone screening to talk about the next steps and which team I was selected for. I was then given an interview at Grace Hopper.

The interview was 45 minutes long, but the interviewer did not prepare well and it was a struggle to fill up the time. It was very free-flowing and there was not much direction to the interview. I was not asked a single technical question and was rejected a week later.

The recruiters were very pleasant, and I had a great time talking with them, but it seems like they do not do a good job preparing all of the hiring managers.
