Pros: Good perks. Working hours are comfortable (people are happy with you leaving at exactly 5:30pm on the dot), or flexibility within the team for nursery runs etc.
Cons: Inherited a lot of really bad services, but new features are driven very hard here, so there's not a lot of breathing space to fix problems before they arise in a production incident.
No progression/promotion ladder. Some very good employees have been at the company since graduate level and 3 years later have not seen a promotion. It is not a skill problem; it is a system problem.
