Competitive pay
Other employees are passionate about what they do.
Employees respect you.
Cons: Little to no work.
A lot of waiting around.
Irrelevant work.
Expected to be an intern after graduation (for a year with no benefits/sick time).
Little chance of growth.
Expected to ask for work or be told you should know what you are doing.
Little intern events.
Housing needs to be gutted; it's clear it has not been properly cleaned in years (filled with mold upon arrival).
