Moving between teams is fairly easy if you want.
Ability to work on massive and cool projects with a modern stack.
Engineers are less focused on architectural principles and engineering quality. Difficult to move up. Decreasing quality of benefits. Decreasing organizational independence.
Healthcare coverage has decreased over the last few years, which is disappointing.
Limited additional benefits for a company that considers itself a tech company.
