Pros

Good benefits, silver pass to resorts and parks, holiday pay, and double time.

Excellent commuter and public transportation incentive program. That's about it.

Cons

Voluntary lunch waiver, which is actually not that voluntary. Low salary. Horrible office culture. Managers will throw you under the bus literally if they could. Treatment and low morale of employees, which is just depressing and doesn't make you want to stay long there. Thankless and boring job, but that is the nature of broadcast network operations, which are fully switched to automation now. Red tape, i.e., need approval from 7 bosses to reboot your PC that just crashed.
