Great company to work for. It was a dream come true. They took us to Disneyland constantly.
Cheap. For a company like Disney, I was surprised at the lack of events and food. If they did have something, you usually had to pay for it. A lot of the employees are reluctant to teach you, since they fear losing their jobs to someone new. Management can be terrible, depending on the department.
Update the corporate environment for the 21st century.
