Safe and inclusive space for many.
Always something fascinating and fun going on.
Many staff have very long careers within the company.
Mostly proprietary ecosystem. Not always transferable. Lack of career growth vectors. Lackadaisical efforts to fix that. Long historical tech debt.
Restructure the entire system for career growth ladders and bring back merit increases.
Leadership needs more cycling out, since Disney careers are very long. This blockage is a key contributor to short retention for many.
