You'll be working on things that are at 7 AM and 11 PM, sometimes on the same day. Not for everyone, but if you love what you do, it'll balance itself out.

Industrial Engineer Intern
It was a quick process. I had two rounds of interviews and heard back with a decision within two weeks. The questions were pretty basic, focusing on experience. My recruiter was very helpful throughout the process.

You will have a preliminary phone call where you get to introduce yourself. This call includes personal questions. Later, there is a technical interview. They will ask a few questions about efficiency.
