Don't be there more than one year
The working conditions are the best. Everything is how it should be. As a programmer, I think I worked overtime like once or twice a year.
Very few options to grow inside the company. It's amazing for staying there for one year and then leaving.
If you stay longer, the institutional inertia will harm your career.
Very hard to do something new.
Management is technologically illiterate.
The management is always open to listen [to] suggestions, but it's like they do it because they were told to do that. I think they are victims of institutional inertia. I don't think you can do much.
