Pays well as a contractor, which they do purposefully to keep from having to do major layoffs. But since the pandemic, layoffs and furloughs are commonplace. Best team I've worked on, everyone is highly proficient except some of the junior developers from a certain contracting agency I won't name. Otherwise, very good team dynamics. Was allowed to WFH once in a while, but it was still frowned upon.
