Pros

Great pay, diverse team, interesting projects, free screenings, free swag, access to employee exclusive experiences, free passes to all Disney parks, free parking at all parks, bragging rights, pride in the brand, fun projects, good benefits, pension, 401k matching, free on-site food, stocks, long-term incentives.

Cons

Lots of leadership turnover, tight deadlines without wiggle room, no accountability for toxic colleagues, lack of communication from C-level leaders (we get our news from the press), constant pressure to please stakeholders, resulting in endless price increases, fear of layoffs if earnings are low, bureaucracy as you move up, lack of empathy from others due to constant stress, and constant cost-cutting on morale events and travel.

Advice to Management

Act swiftly and quickly when you get numerous complaints about someone causing conflict and toxicity. Be more proactive in communicating major changes. Provide empathy training and morale boost training to new leaders, since many are promoted prematurely due to high turnover and layoffs. Try to keep the "magic" alive for those creating magic for others 40+ hrs/week.
